To continue deleting the record, select Yes. (To cancel deleting the
record, select No. The form closes; you are returned to the Users form;
the record has not been deleted.)

User Defined Titles

Almost all of the fields that are in the Check In-Out application are user
definable. This means that you may customize the application to fit your
in-house terminology. For example, if your organization identifies an item
number as “part number” you may use part number in the application
instead. To update an application term, go to the User Defined Titles form.
This form lists all of the application titles available for custom defining. To
reach the User Defined Titles form, select Tools > User Titles > User
Titles Ribbon options:

The following selections are available in the User Titles ribbon:

Inventory Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with
inventory/item data field name titles available for custom defining.

Location Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with
location field name titles available for custom defining.

Inv by Location Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form
with inventory by location field name titles available for custom defin-
ing.

History Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with his-
tory field name titles available for custom defining.

Issues Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with issue
field name titles available for custom defining.

Receipts Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with
receipt field name titles available for custom defining.

Company Titles: select to display the User Defined Titles form with
company information field name titles available for custom defining.
