is marked as a check out item, the Detail button along the bottom of the
Item Data form is enabled.

From the Item Data form, click the Detail button to reach the Check Out
Item Detail form for the selected check out item.

At the Check Out Item Detail form, you will enter the check out item IDs.
Each check out item ID must also be assigned a normal location. The nor-
mal location is the location where the item ID is placed when it is available
in the system. At this form, for the check out item, you are able to enter a
rental cost, rental cost period, check in time, and check out guidelines. For
each item ID, you may enter a serial number, maintenance period in days,
warranty expiration date, purchase cost, purchase date, condition, and a

Adding Check Out Item# Detail Data

To add check out item number information for a check out item, such as
the check out item ID and normal location, please refer to the steps that fol-
low.
