In the Increment field, enter the incremental increase of each label
number after the starting number. Press the Tab key on the keyboard to
advance to the Total Qty field.

In the Total Qty field, enter the total quantity of labels to print. Press
the Tab key to advance to the Qty of Each field.

In the Qty of Each field, enter the quantity for each label. Press the
Tab key on the keyboard to advance to the Prefix field.

If applicable, enter a label prefix in the Prefix field. The label prefix
may be any alphanumeric character. For instance, if you enter an A in
this field, all bar code labels will have an “A” in front of the bar code.

9.

If applicable, enter a label postfix in the Postfix field. The label postfix
may be any alphanumeric character. For instance, if you enter a B in
this field, all bar code labels will have a “B” after the bar code.

10.

Click the Preview button in the Sequential Bar Code form to preview
the sequential bar codes.

11.

Click the Print button in the Sequential Bar Code form to print the
sequential bar codes in the label printing software application.

12.

The label printing software opens; the Print window appears. Click the
Print button in the label printing software Print window to print your
sequential labels from the label printing software.

Note: IntelliTrack, Inc. supports Zebra label printers. The preformatted
labels contained in Check In-Out are designed to use a Zebra label printer.

13.

Click the Print button to print the selected label from the selected
printer. The label is sent to the printer and the Print window closes. You
are returned to the label. If you are finished with this label in the label
printing software, close the label and then close the label printing soft-
ware. You are returned to the Bar Code Labels form in Check In-Out.
