Caution:When purging test data, use the Purge Select from All Data
option BEFORE deleting the Lookup Table data.

IntelliTrack strongly recommends performing a complete database backup
before using purge functions.

To purge a specific lookup table, please follow these steps:

1.

From the ribbon, select Tools > Purge > Lookup Tables.

2.

The Purge Lookup Tables form appears.

3.

Mark the check box next to the lookup table selection or selections that
you want to purge:
Mfr: mark this check box to purge the manufacturers lookup table.
Model: mark this check box to purge the model lookup table.
Category: mark this check box to purge the categories lookup table.
Condition: mark this check box to purge the condition lookup table.
Site: mark this check box to purge the site lookup table.
Department: mark this check box to purge the department lookup
table.
Account: mark this check box to purge the account lookup table.
Measure: mark this check box to purge the measure lookup table.

4.

Select the Do It button to purge the selected lookup table data.
