device; user ID and password information (if applicable) will be sent to
the Batch Portable Application and security there will be enforced per
your workstation application security settings. (If you do not send the
security settings, security will not be enforced in the handheld applica-
tion.)
4. Mark the Send Sites check box to send site information to the handheld
device. The Site List field becomes enabled.
When you elect to send site data, the location, consumable inventory
and check out inventory selections are enabled.
5. Click the drop-down arrow in the Site List field to select All sites or a
specific site to the Batch Portable Application on the handheld device.
6. When you mark the Send Sites check box, the Send Locations check
box becomes enabled. To send location data to the handheld device,
mark the Send Locations check box. The From and To fields become
enabled.
You may select a location range to send to the handheld device via the
From and To fields.
• To send all of the locations, click the drop-down arrow in the From
field and select the first location in the list that appears; next, click
the drop-down arrow in the To field and select the last location in the
list that appears.
• To send one location, click the drop-down arrow in the From field
and select the location that you want to send to the handheld device.
Next, click the drop-down arrow in the To field and select the same
location.
