the Uploaded
Data
Once you upload the data, you will want to process it. After the data is pro-
cessed, it is placed into the workstation application database. The data is
processed in the Upload Processing tab of the Batch Sync Utility. Records
are processed according to the settings in the Preferences tab\Upload Pro-
cessing selection. When you process the records, you are adding them to
the application. The two options for processing records are: Process All
Records and Return on Each Error.

Process All Records: Automatically processes all records. Any errors
are sent to the Error Log.
•
Return On Each Error: Record processing stops when an error is
found. You have the option to continue processing and skip this trans-
action or stop the record processing. Any errors are sent to the Error
Log.
Process All Records
If you have selected the Process All Records setting, please refer to the
steps below to process your records.
1.
From the Batch Synchronization Utility Main form, select the Upload
Processing tab to bring this portion of the form to the front.

Your data may be processed by user, site, transaction type, all collected
records, new site, new location, or new items. Select the way you want
to process the data (please refer to
for more information on viewing data).
