Sorting on a
Specific Field

To sort the information found in this form, please refer to the instructions
that follow:

1.

Place the mouse cursor on the desired data sort field.

2.

Click the ascending or descending sort button in the form selection and
select the sort order for the data column.

History

The history logging function is a tool for identifying inventory trends and
for auditing your inventory. When the history logging option is enabled in
the Setup\Options form, all application transactions will be recorded in the
History form.

Important: History can only be viewed if the History Logging option is
enabled in the Setup\Options form.

Note: History Logging keeps track of virtually all transactions, including
those generated on the portable bar code readers, and therefore grows
rapidly. IntelliTrack recommends that History be purged at regular inter-
vals. Refer to

“Purging History Data” on page 49

.

Please refer to the steps that follow to view application transaction history
at the History form.

Select Reports > History > History option in the ribbon.
