Note: Inventory can also be created for consumable or both consumable/
check out item definitions by following the instructions in

Adding an Item

to a Location

using the Item#/Location or Location/Item# form.

Adding
Consumable
Item Data

To add consumable item data to an item record:

1.

Select Manage > Inventory > Item option from the ribbon.

2.

The Item Data form appears.

3.

Select the item to be modified from the Item List pull-down list.

4.

Click the Add Item at Location button.

5.

The Item at Location form appears.

Enter the site and location by selecting from pull-down lists or entering
new values.
If you enter new values, click Yes to add these sites and locations to the
database.
Enter the on-hand quantity for this location.

6.

After entering the site, location and quantity data for the added item,
click the Close button to close the Item at Location form and return to
the Item Data form.
