Localization Options
With the Localization feature, customize the terminology in the DMS
Batch Portable Application and in the Batch Synchronization Utility so
that it complies with your in-house terminology. For instance, if you prefer
“bin location” to the standard IntelliTrack term “location,” you may
change it.

Application Captions and messages in the DMS Batch Portable application may be cus-
tomized to suit your in-house terminology.
Caption
A caption refers to text in a specific form. For example, the Inventory-
Consumables screen in the DMS Batch Portable Application contains
many captions, including: Location, Item #, Qty, Lot, Exp Date, Save,
Clear, and Recent Transactions. All default captions may be customized.
The Preferences tab to the front with the Batch Portable Application\
Caption option selected. The default Batch Portable Application form field names
are listed; they may be customized.
