Enter the quantity stored in the Quantity field.
By default, the logged in user is placed in the Inv ID field. If recording
an inventory add that was done by another user, click the drop-down
arrow in the Inv ID field and select the user from the list that appears.

Click the Do It button to process this transaction and reset the Item at
Location
form or click the Close button to process this transaction and
return to the Inventory form.

Item#/Location Form

Use the Item#/Location form to view which locations contain specific
items. When the Item#/Locations form opens, it displays all items and
their location for the default site.

Retrieving
Inventory Data

1.

To retrieve inventory data for all items in a default site location: From
the Item#/Location form, click the drop-down arrow in the Item List
field and select a location from the list that appears.

Note: In addition to location selections, you have the option to view all
consumables by selecting
Consumable Items; or to view all check out
items by selecting
Check Out Items from the Item List pull-down list.

All locations at the default site that contain the specified item appear in
the record detail portion of the form.

3.

To retrieve inventory data for all items in the system: From the Item#/
Location form, click the drop-down arrow in the Item List field and
select All. All inventoried items in the system are displayed in the
record detail portion of the form.

4.

To retrieve inventory data for a specific item in the system, click the
drop-down arrow in the Item List field and select the desired item from
the list that appears. All inventoried items in the system for this item
number are displayed in the record detail portion of the form.

5.

To view all consumables: From the Item#/Location form, click the
drop-down arrow in the Item List field and select Consumable Items;
all consumable items in the system are displayed in the record detail
portion of the form.

6.

To view all check out items: From the Item#/Location form, click the
drop-down arrow in the Item List field and select Check Out Items
