Importing an HTML or XML report template from a file by
selecting Load ASCII template and then browsing for the

Both options are fairly similar, the main difference being that
if you load a custom ASCII template into Lizard, you probably
load more HTML and more Lizard syntax into Lizard than
you do if you select the New option.
If you loaded a custom ASCII template, skip steps 3 and 4
below. If you are creating a custom template from scratch,
perform steps 3 and 4 before proceeding.

Write the HTML code for the report in the Configure report
frame. You can use HTML formatting tags as you would when
writing any HTML page.

The Lizard variable placeholder tags are written using the syntax
[QML_variablename], where QML_variablename is a
placeholder for the variable to be inserted at that point in the report.

Once you have written the layout of your report and inserted the
variable placeholders, start adding the Lizard variables to your
report by selecting Add variables.
