When using the SMS Handler for interface state management without
automatic connection to remote server:
1. In Lizard, select the name(s) of the managed interface(s) in the lists
available in the Controlled network interfaces window.

2. When you need to connect an interface to network, send an SMS
with the following content:
connect intfX
where X is the number of the interface in the Controlled network
interfaces window. For example, to connect to interface number 2,
send:
connect intf2
