Test output 0 toggles between on and off in a one-minute cycle.

Test output 3 is on for one minute before each full hour.
Alternatively, you can control the outputs with alarms, for example, by
activating the output signal when the alarm condition is met.

temperature measured by the QMH101 sensor rises above +15 °C.
