FILE ACCESS CODE . . . . . . . . . . . 1 to 9999

The File Access Code allows configuration file retrieval from the USB port when
the Program Lock Code is locked. This allows a process recipe to be entered
into the Cygnus 2 from a USB storage device without unlocking the Program
Lock Code. If the File Access Code has not been enabled, USB port retrieval
is not allowed when a Program Lock Code is present. This parameter has no
effect if there are no lock codes, or the access code is set to zero. Default value
is 0.
When pressing CLEAR on power-up, the File Access Code is cleared when the
parameters are cleared, not when the lock codes are cleared. The File Access
Code is not stored on nor retrieved from the USB port.

AUDIO FEEDBACK. . . . . . . . . . . . . Yes (1), No (0)

Default is No. Yes Activates Audio Feedback, signifying keyboard interaction.

LCD DIMMER TIME. . . . . . . . . . . . . 0 to 99 min

Determines the time before the backlight is turned off to conserve display life.
Default is 0 minutes which disables the dimmer function.

NOTE: The backlight is ON when a process is running. It is only OFF when

time elapsed since last key press and in READY or IDLE and
end-of-process exceedes the LCD Dimmer Time setting.

NOTE: All keys previously active in the dimmed page remain active. Pressing

any active key performs that key’s function and restores the display.
