11. Click Configure Dialer. The Dialer Configuration dialog box appears.
12. In the New menu, select Phone Book. The New Phone Book dialog box
appears.
13. Type a name for the phone book, and then click Next. The New Phone
Number dialog box appears.
14. Type a name and a phone number, and then click OK.
