Using the Start-Up Routines on the LCD OIM
For standard applications, the Start-Up routines on the LCD OIM enable you to
configure the most commonly used parameters through a series of steps. This helps
you set up the drive as quickly as possible.
For advanced applications, you may need to adjust additional parameters in the
parameter list using either the LCD OIM or VS Utilities software.
1.1 Preparing for Start-Up
Before performing Start-Up, you must:
• be qualified to configure the drive and be familiar with the operation of AC drives.
• be familiar with the operation of the LCD OIM.
• have completed all hardware installation as described in the LiquiFlo 1.5 Hardware
Reference manual (D2-3494).
• properly connect the drive to the motor.
