Hot Keys
Hot Keys are a tool provided to the user to help them perform standard functions,
such as creating a MOB object on the chart, quickly. Use the keystrokes listed
below to quickly perform the described function. Unless otherwise noted, a Hot Key
will only function on the corresponding window pane when that window pane has
focus.

1 Opens User Help, an external help file.
l Goto Desktop
3 Goto Boat on the Chart window pane.

Man Overboard (MOB). Places an instant MOB mark at
the GPS location on the Chart window pane, no matter
which window pane has focus. If no Chart window pane is
currently open, Workboat Navigator will revert to the default,
three panel View.

Instant GPS Mark - Places a mark directly beneath the boat
based on GPS reported position.
6 Cycles through all views set up by View Manager.

Cycles through established SysInfo and NavInfo panel
layouts (focus must be given to SysInfo or NavInfo first).

Cycles in reverse order through SysInfo and NavInfo panel
layouts (focus must be given to SysInfo or NavInfo first).

Opens the Context Menu Toolbar for the window pane or
object that has focus.
9 Opens the System Menu Toolbar.

Cancels current operation (closes open dialog box, ends
Route creation, etc.).
W Goto Boat on the Chart window pane.
V
Removes any User-created object that has focus on the
Chart window pane.
N
Cycles through all User-created Nav Objects when the Chart
window pane has focus, giving focus to each Nav Object in
turn. Also cycles through the fields in the SysInfo view.
HN
Cycles in reverse order through all User-created Nav
Objects in the Chart window pane.
