Nav Object Context Menus

Some Nav Object features can be quickly accessed using the right button on your
mouse. First click on the Nav Object you wish to access, then click the right mouse
button (this action is also called “right-click”).

NOTE:

These menus also open when you left-click on the object and select

Context Menu.

Man Overboard

Man Overboard objects are unique in that they are not managed using the
Properties panel of the SysInfo window pane or the View Manager, nor do you
create them with the Chart Context Menu.
Man Overboard objects are instantly created using the Main Menu MOB button, or
by using the SysInfo MOB panel.

NOTE:

Man Overboard objects default as locked and must be unlocked to be

edited.

Other MOB Functions

Multiple MOB objects can be created by pressing the MOB button multiple times.
The SysInfo window pane, Man Overboard panel allows you to cycle through
each MOB by clicking the Next MOB button in the upper left corner of the panel.
An MOB object can be removed by clicking the Clear MOB button in the SysInfo
MOB panel.
If the user wishes to center the chart on the MOB, click the Goto MOB button to
center the active chart on the MOB.
Use the Activate button in the Sysinfo MOB panel to set the designated MOB as
the current, active mark and display ETA and TTG properties for that mark in the
Active Navigation portion of the NavInfo window pane.

GPS Mark

A GPS Mark is also created outside of the Chart Context menu. The GPS Mark
button in the Main Toolbar immediately places a Mark on the Chart window pane
directly under the boat’s current position based on GPS location.
