Typical Battery Installation on Trays with Battery Disconnect
Step Action

Ensure disconnect switch is in
the OFF position (downward)
prior to making any
connections.
Remove the two 6/32 screws to
remove the plastic cover.
Does system have larger batteries?
Yes – Proceed to Step 2. No – Go to Step 3.

Reposition the battery
disconnect switch to the
outside of the battery tray as
shown using (2) provided
