expected to do the same.

11. The Testing Station is the instructed to transmit its Phy Capabilities bits indicating

support for all speeds and SSC settings. The DUT is expected to transmit it's Phy
Capabilities Bits.

Observable Results

Verify that prior to the transmission of the START bit of the of the phy capabilities bits
in SNW-3, at least 500 µs of D.C. Idle is transmitted.
