Syntax

[:SOURce[<n>]]:CURRent:PROTection:TRIPped?

Description

Query whether OCP occurred on the specified channel.

Explanation

 OCP refers to that the output turns off automatically when the actual output current

of the channel exceeds the overcurrent protection value.

 When [:SOURce[<n>]] or [<n>] is omitted, the system queries whether OCP

occurred on the current channel.

 You can also send the

:OUTPut:OCP:ALAR?

or

:OUTPut:OCP:QUES?

command to

query whether OCP occurred on the specified channel.

 You can send the

[:SOURce[<n>]]:CURRent:PROTection:CLEar

command to clear

the circuit and label of the OCP occurred on the specified channel.

Return

Format

The query returns YES or NO.

Example

:CURR:PROT:TRIP? /*Query whether OCP occurred on the current channel and the

query returns YES*/
