26.4 Soft Reset
Use the Soft Reset screen to reboot the device without resetting any of the configurations.
To perform a soft reset , do the following:
1. Navigate to the Soft Reset icon .
2. Click the ENC2 encoder knob .
The Soft Reset Confirmation message appears.
3. Move the button focus to Do Reset .
4. Click the ENC2 encoder knob .
A countdown message gives direction to press the MENU key on the keypad 5 times.
5. Press the MENU key five times .
The device reboots.
26.5 Diagnostics
26.5.1 Test Panel
Use the Test Panel screen to check the operation of all physical controls on the front panel.

Last Input on Front Panel field
The Last Input on Front Panel field displays the last physical control input after entering the
test panel mode.
Keystroke Count Field
The Keystroke Count field displays the number of times the selected input is pressed, clicked,
or tapped. For example, the D Talk button tapped three times displays the numeric three in
the Keystroke Count field.

The Keystroke Count field keeps a running tally of presses in memory until system restart.
To use the test panel function , do the following
1. Navigate to the Configuration icon .
2. Click the ENC2 encoder knob .
3. Navigate to Advanced .
4. Click the ENC2 encoder knob .
