that network interface
would not be
operational. – Power-cycle the OMS.
OMNEO PTP clock
synchronization unlocked The OMNEO
synchronization clock
was lost. – Ensure the OMNEO clock
master is always powered-on.
You can select an OMNEO
device as the "preferred
master" and ensure that
device is always powered-on.
– Check that the network
switches adhere to the
recommended OMNEO switch

No OMNEO links are up None of the four
OMNEO connectors has
network links. – There is a bad cable.
– There is a loose/intermittent
cable connection.
– The switch or some other
device in the network
powered-off.
OMNEO network interfaces
are on different subnets OMNEO Control and
Audio interfaces are on
different subnets. Check the OMNEO network
settings in the menu Configuration
| Network OMNEO:

If using static IP addresses,
change one or both of the
addresses so the subnets
match.
– If using DHCP, check the
DHCP server settings and
ensure OMS and the DHCP
server can communicate on
the network.
– Power-cycle OMS.
