Solution
Check if:

OMNEO device name change

Dante Controller
changed the OMS's
OMNEO device name.

If unintentional, change the
name back using the front
panel, IPedit, or AZedit.

If OMS has existing OMNEO
connections, the change in
device name will break those
connections. To restore the
connections, either revert the
name back or reconfigure the
connections with the new
device name.

OMNEO interface - IP address
conflict detected

Duplicate IP address
conflict detected.

If using a DHCP server, check
the settings and ensure all
devices on the network can
reliably communicate with the
DHCP server.

If using static IP addressing,
change the IP address to an
address that is not in use.

Power-cycle OMS.

OMNEO software corrupted,
recover with Firmware Upload
Tool

OMNEO software in the
Audinate FPGA is
corrupt.

Connect a PC on the same
network as the OMS OMNEO
network, and then open the
Firmware Upload Tool on the
PC. The Firmware Upload Tool
should automatically detect
the OMS OMNEO software is
corrupt and download a
recovery image. A popup
window should appear with
status updates.

More keypanels connected
than allowed by licenses

Number of connected
keypanel exceeds
license limit.

Ensure the number of
keypanels connected to OMS
is within the limit per the
licensed model type.

Contact sales to purchase
additional keypanel seats. The
max number allowed by OMS
is eight keypanels.

Invalid key assignment
deleted for <port alpha> (port
<port number>)

User tried to configure a
key assignment on DBP
which is not allowed
(e.g. a point-to-point
assignment)

Partyline devices can only
have PL, UR, RY, special
function assignment types.
