Alarm Popup Description Solution
Check if:
keypanel <port alpha> (port
<port number>) FPGA
mismatch Keypanel has a
mismatch between
OMNEO and RVON
firmware components. – If the version string is
appended with "R" (e.g.
1.6.0R) then download the
RVON Audinate image with the
Firmware Upload Tool.
– If the version string does not
have an "R" then download
the OMNEO Audinate image
with the Firmware Upload
Tool.
Temperature above
recommended operating
conditions OMS is running outside
of recommendation
operating conditions
(too hot) Reduce the ambient temperature
by:
–
Increase airflow around OMS.
– Ensure that OMS has
breathing room around the
top/bottom/sides.
– Move OMS to a different
room.
– Move any nearby heat sources
away from OMS
Use the temperature status menu
to monitor changes to the
temperature. If the temperature
readings appear incorrect, one of
the sensors may be damaged,
service is required.

(too cold) Increase the ambient temperature
by:

Move OMS to a different
room.
– Move any nearby cold sources
away from OMS.
– Add a heat source near OMS.
Use the temperature status menu
to monitor changes to the
temperature. If the temperature
readings appear incorrect, one of
the sensors may be damaged,
service is required.
2-Wire and RVON channels
not available Second CPU is dead. – Power-cycle the OMS.
– Download an older version of
the firmware.
