Always clean the parts that have come into
contact with food in hot water with some
washing-up liquid immediately after use.

◗ The bowl, the lid of the bowl, the pusher, the

citrus press, the kneading accessory and the
adjustable slicing disc can also be cleaned in
the dishwasher.

These parts have been tested for dishwasher
resistance based on DIN EN 12875.

The blender jar, the balloon beater and all parts of
the meat mincer are not dishwasher-proof.

◗ To remove the lid of the blender jar, open it

and then pull it upwards.

Only remove the lid of the blender jar for
cleaning purposes.

Clean the blade, the blade unit of the blender, the
discs and the slicing insert of the adjustable slicing
disc very carefully.The cutting edges are very
sharp!

Make sure that the cutting edges of the blades
and the discs do not come into contact with hard
objects.This could cause them to become blunt.

Certain ingredients may cause discolourations on
the surface of the accessories.This does not have
a negative effect on the accessories.The
discolourations usually disappear after some time.

Quick-cleaning the blender

Pour lukewarm water (not more than
0.5 litres) and some washing-up liquid into
the blender jar.

Close the lid.

Let the appliance run for a few seconds by
pressing the pulse button.The appliance
stops running when you release the
button.

Detach the blender jar and rinse it with
clean water.

Cleaning the balloon beater

Always clean the beater after use.

Pull it out of the gear housing and clean it
in hot water with some washing-up liquid.

The housing can be wiped with a moist
cloth.

To clean the housing thoroughly:

Open the housing by pulling the latch
sideways.
