SXPL018 PLM(#18): ERROR: <PDS-name> reports error = <PDS-error-string> on PV <PV-name>
Meaning
The PDS <PDS-name> has reported a class-1 (general) error (ERR_PDS_01...). All generic
errors that occur during program start, evaluation of <vtls.conf>, communication, etc. are
classified as class-1 errors.

Invalid definition in vtls.conf
