An I/O operation has taken too long (minutes!), and as a result has been stopped and
started again.

Notify maintenance staff.

ALERT

Meaning
The previous SINIX session was terminated with a crash. A crash dump was taken which
was automatically saved in the /var/crash directory when the system was rebooted.
