3.2 Voltage supply
Warning
· For the power supply, use only PELV circuits as per
IEC/DIN ENĂ60204−1 (Protective Extra−Low Voltage, PELV).
Take into account also the general requirements for
PELV circuits as per IEC/DIN ENĂ60204−1.
· Use only power packs that guarantee reliable electrical
isolation of the operating voltage as per IEC/DIN
ENĂ60204−1.
By the use of PELV circuits, protection against electric shock
(protection against direct and indirect contact) is guaranteed
in accordance with IEC/DIN ENĂ60204−1 (electrical equipment
of machines, general requirements).
Note
Note that the tolerances of the voltage supply must also be
observed directly at the voltage supply connection of the
SFC−LACI.
· For the power supply, use only the cables specified in
Tab. 3/2.
· Use closed−loop regulated power supply units that
comply with the requirements described in Tab. 3/4.
Load voltage supply:
The use of power supply units with lower output levels is
possible with restricted motion dynamics and loads. To do
this, you need to enter the power output of your power
supply unit into the FCT (or via the CIĂobject 6510/50h).
