DS1 Equipment Loop
Note: Quad T1 LED stays green during equipment loop. The DS1 Equipment
Loopback is available on the Quad T1 card and is not available on the Controller
card.
Enable Equipment Loopback
Where a Quad T1 card is in slot 5.
