The System Alarm indicator will illuminate when facilities alarms are present.
The System Alarm indicator does not illuminate for non-facility related alarms,
e.g. equipment alarms.
All alarms can be queried at the system operation level.
Configuring the Cross Connect card to non-operational will disable the System
Alarm indication.
