Feature operation

Enable/disable Supervisory mode

To put your console in Supervisory mode, follow these steps:

Action

Press the enable/disable supervisory mode icon when your console
is idle (all lpk indicators are off). Your console is now in Position
Busy mode, preventing calls from ringing at your console.

To cancel Supervisory mode, press the enable/disable supervisory
mode icon again.

Monitor other attendants

In Supervisory mode, you can monitor selected attendant calls without
being detected by either the attendant or the caller. To monitor an attendant,
follow these steps:
