Beam Support/Latch Bracket Installation
1. Separate all the components of the beam sup-
port/latch bracket using a 9/16" socket and a
9/16" wrench. See Figure 6-25.
2. Secure the beam support/latch bracket to the
tongue with both hex bolts, lock washers, and
hex nuts previously removed using a 9/16"
socket and a 9/16" wrench.
Jack Stand Pivot Procedures
NOTE
The jack stand is crated in the transport posi-
tion, and must be pivoted down for ease of
installation.
1. Remove the spring clip and clevis pin securing
the jack stand in the transport position. See
Figure 6-26.
2. Pivot the jack stand to the operating position,
and secure it to the tube using the clevis pin
and spring clip previously removed.
Hitch Installation
1. Separate all the components of the hitch
assembly using a 9/16" socket and a 9/16"
wrench. See Figure 6-27.
2. Place the hitch coupler over the tongue tube
and line up the hex bolt holes. See Figure 6-
28.
3. Secure the hitch coupler to the tongue tube with
the hex bolt, flat washers, tow hitch chains,
spacers, and hex nut previously removed
using a 9/16" socket and a 9/16" wrench.
