5.4 Alarm Description and Cause/Action

(1) Operation-cancellation level alarms

080 Move command during

servo off

Cause: A move command was issued by numerical specification when the

servo was off.

Action: Issue a command after confirming that the servo is on (SV or PEND is

“1”).

083 Numerical

command

before completion of
home return

Cause: An absolute position command was issued by numerical specification

before home return was completed. (This does not present a problem
in the position number specification mode.)

Action: Issue a move command by numerical specification after completing

the home return operation and confirming that the complete signal
(HEND) has turned ON.

084 Move command during

home return

Cause: A move command was issued by numerical specification when home

return was still in progress.

Action: Issue a move command by numerical specification after completing

the home return operation and confirming that the complete signal
(HEND) has turned ON.

085 Position number error

during movement

Cause: A position number not yet registered in the position table was

specified in the position number specification mode.

Action: Check the position table again.

090 Soft reset during servo

on

Cause: A soft reset command was received when the servo was on.
Action: Send a soft reset command to the controller after confirming that the

servo is off (SV is “0”).

091 Position number error

during teaching

Cause: An out-of-range position number was specified during teaching.
Action: Check the position number.
