Maintenance contracts

Periodic maintenance and inspection is essential to keeping the
Magnia SG20 fully operational. Toshiba recommends taking out a
maintenance contract for support of the Toshiba Magnia SG20
Appliance Server.

Toshiba also offers a Remote Health Monitoring Service (This
service is not available in all countries. Please check your local
Toshiba representative, if this service is available). This service is
designed to remotely monitor health information about your
Magnia SG20. By monitoring your device remotely, Toshiba can
ensure problems are identified early, often before they result in
system downtime.
