Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 uses port 8080. If you are using this version of Oracle,
you must set the HTTP port to something other than 8080.
TIP

The Excel Add-in, which enables you to retrieve RSBizWare data
directly into Microsoft Excel, is installed during the installation of
the RSBizWare suite.
However, the installation of the Excel Add-in only registers the
component for the user that is performing the installation. Other
users that intend to use the add-in should manually register it for
themselves.
To register the Excel Add-in:
1. Open the RSBizWare installation DVD.
2. Go to the Support folder.
3. Copy the ExcelAddIn.reg file to the computer.
4. Double-click the file.
