Oracle OCI enterprise connectors require administrator privileges
When using an OCI enterprise connector, ensure that you have
local administrator privileges on your computer. Either add the OCI
enterprise connector user to the local administrators group in
Windows, or change the user of the OCI enterprise connector to an
existing user that has administrator privileges.
SQL Server considers inputs and outputs the same
The SQL Server ODBC driver lists outputs of stored procedures as
both inputs and outputs.
