2. In the Server Type list, click Information Services Manager.

The Hostname or IP address box contains the name or the IP

address of the local computer.

3. Click OK.
4. The Information Services Manager server appears under the

Security Services Manager with the following icon:

5. Click Information Services Manager.
6. In the Data Sources list, select the name of the ODBC data

source that you created in "Step 10: Configure the ODBC data
source (page 52)".

7. In the Database User ID box, type the name of the

RSBizWare database user that you created in "Step 8: Create
an RSBizWare SQL Server database user (page 47)".

8. In the Database Password box, type the password of your

RSBizWare database user.

9. Click Test Connection.

A message confirming a successful connection appears.

10. Click OK.
11. Click Advanced.
12. Configure the following settings for QuickWeb reporting used

in FactoryTalk Metrics and FactoryTalk Historian Classic:

Max Records to Return

Type the maximum number of records that the
server should return for any single non-time-series

query against the database. This can be a useful way
to limit network traffic and control queries that are

returning more than a useful amount of data.
The default value is 1000.
