9. Click OK.
The newly added Windows-linked user appears under the
Users folder in the Explorer.
TIP
For more information on users and user groups in the FactoryTalk
Administration Console, refer to the FactoryTalk help. To open
the help file, on the Help menu click Contents.
TIP
If you have chosen the installation on two computers, perform the
following steps on the RSBizWare server computer.
To create FactoryTalk users:
1. On the Start screen, click FactoryTalk Administration
Console.
The FactoryTalk Administration Console window appears.
2. In the Select FactoryTalk Directory dialog box, click
Network, and then click OK.
TIP
If you have not already logged on to the FactoryTalk Directory,
you will be prompted to type your user name and password.
3. In the Explorer tree, expand Network > System > Users and
Groups.
4. Right-click Users, and then click New > User.
