Installing RSBizWare Chapter 3
By default, the user-defined summarization fields are disabled.
To enable and configure user-defined summarization fields:
1. In the Service Console, expand Metrics Server Manager, and
then click FactoryTalk Metrics Flex- Fields.
In the right pane of the window, a list of 5 user-defined
summarization fields appears.
2. Select the field that you want to configure, and then click Edit.
The Configure Summarization Criteria dialog box appears.
3. Select the Enable This Summarization Criteria check box.
4. In the Name box, replace the default name with a descriptive
one that is meaningful to your organization.
In this example we will use
Test Run State
.
5. Select the Configuration of this Summarization Criteria is
required for each Activity Area check box, if you want the
data collection for this field to be mandatory.
6. Under Summarization Criteria Data Type, choose the type
of data that will be collected for this field:
