ZO AUTOM
(AUTOMATIC ZERO OFFSET)
By traversing to the desired reference plane, the zero offset can be measured and stored.
ZERO OFFSET
The settable zero offsets are input as setting data. Programmable and external zero offsets are
displayed on the CRT (see Section 3.1.5).
