Order
You can change the execution order of blocks by moving the blocks up or down by first
selecting the desired block and then by clicking on the Move Up or Move Down button.

Click on OK after rearranging the execution order.
To change the transfer time (S4) for S1:
Open the TM block S4. The General tab will be displayed as shown in the next figure.
Type the desired value in ms format (hh:mm:ss.mss) in the Timer Limits - High field.
