7. Ensure that the message reads completed and
not failed. If you encounter a failed message
retry the initialize.
8. Save the default parameters to EEPROM
memory. If you do not, the initialized
parameters will not be saved permanently and
the next time power is cycled these new
parameters will be lost..
9. Press the F8 function key (YES) to
acknowledge the save. Ensure that the
operation status is completed and not failed. If
you get a failed message retry the save
operation.
10. Turn the drive control power off. Wait 15 seconds. Turn the power back on. Cycling the control power
resets some internal variables which only happens on power up.
11. Reload the original parameters being careful to correct any parameters that have changed.
12. Save the parameters to EEPROM.
13. Cycle power again and RECHECK the displayed parameters with the original list.
