C. CHECK THE HEALTHY LED ON COMM

PROC BOARD

D. CHECK WHETHER THE R/IO ADAPTER

IS CONNECTED ON PORT 2 OF THE
COMM PROC.

E. CHECK THE REMOTE I/O LINK TO PLC

3. OPEN CONTACT IN THE

CONTACTOR CONTROL WIRING

1A. CHECK THE I/O MODULES FOR

PROPER LEDs ON THE MODULE

B. CHECK THE PLC PROGRAM
C. CHECK THE FUNCTIONING OF THE

VACUUM CONTACTOR


2A. CHECK IF MEDIUM VOLTAGE FEED IS

CLOSED.

B. VERIFY THAT ISOLATION SWITCH

HANDLES ARE ENGAGED

C. CHECK THAT NORMAL-OFF-TEST

SELECTOR SWITCH IS IN THE
PROPER POSITION.

D. CHECK THE MEDIUM VOLTAGE

POWER AND LOW VOLTAGE
CONTROL FUSES.

E. CHECK THAT ISOLATION SWITCH AUX.

CONTACT ADJUSTMENTS.

F. CHECK FOR LOOSE WIRES OR

JUMPERS.


3A. RESET DRIVE EMERGENCY STOP.
B. CHECK IF EXTERNAL CUSTOMER

EMERGENCY STOP/PERMISSIVE
CONTACT IS OPEN.
