The dead interval set on neighboring interfaces cannot be too short. Otherwise, a neighbor is easily
considered down.

The LSA retransmission interval cannot be too short; otherwise, unnecessary retransmissions occur.

When LSAs are few in DD packets, it is unnecessary to check the MTU in DD packets in order to improve

efficiency.
To ignore MTU check for DD packets:
