Setup Guide

This setup guide provides identification of the inputs and outputs on the Cobalt 10 and Cobalt 20
control desks and related hardware systems, as well as provides important information regarding
initial setup and use.

Cobalt 20

1. Desk Lamp
2. Vents: Make sure to keep these vents clear of any obstructions.
3. Switched Outlets
4. Hard Power Switch (I = on, O = off)
5. Desk Lamp
6. Desk lamp controls
7. DMX512A/RDM ports
8. MIDI Ports (1x In, 1x Out)
9. Remote Trigger
10. Phone Remote
11. Dual-Mode Display Port Output. There are three ‘active’ Display Port-to-DVI adapters. If

‘passive’ adapters are used, only two may be used at a single time. A third adapter must be an
‘active’ adapter. Displays using an ‘active’ adapter have a max resolution of 1920x1200

12. Audio Line Out (Audio Line In reserved for future development)
13. USB ports. These ports cannot be used for charging devices such as cell phones.
14. Ethernet IEEE 802.3af (compatible power sourcing ports)
15. IEC Power Input and fuse. For continued protection against risk of fire, replace only with

same type and rating of fuse.
