This command can be used for marking the end
within a sequence. It is therefore very useful for
testing long sequences.
It is not necessary to set an ENDSEQ mark at the
end of a sequence.
1 = line active (low level)
0 = line inactive (high level)
* = condition will not be changed
1 = line active (low level)
0 = line inactive (high level)
* = condition will not be tested
