Gripper Clearance Tool Properties

The Gripper Clearance Tool is used to check that a region around an instance is clear of any obstructions.
This is done by applying a user-defined number of histogram checks to the region (typically one histogram
per gripper finger) to determine whether there is another instance that would interfere with the gripper
when picking up an instance.
