- Backup
The Premier 480/240 provides the USB 2.0 & IEEE1394 backup interfaces.
For the backup task, a backup drive such as IEEE1394 should be mounted on the EXT0 or EXT1 on the
back side of the system.
Before doing backup, connect the external type HDD, external CD-RW or another storage device that
supports the interface for the backup card to the EXT0 or EXT1 on the back side of the system. For more
information on the external device support, please refer to Appendix.
Go to {Search} – {Multi-channel} – {Minute} selection window as in the following figure.

Select either [BACKUP] button on the remote control or [BACKUP] button located in the upper-
middle side of the {Search} mode.
