Installing Driven Sprocket

1. Apply a coating of anti-seize compound to mating

surfaces of driveshaft (A), tapered bushing (B) and
sprocket (C).

2. Install keys in driveshaft (A), and in tapered

bushing (B).

3. Insert tapered bushing (B) into sprocket (C), aligning

key with keyway in sprocket.

4. Align key in shaft (A) with keyway in tapered bushing

(B), and slide bushing and sprocket onto shaft.

5. Remove the two bolts from the tapered bushing, and

reinstall all three hex bolts (A) through the tapered
bushing (D), and into the sprocket (C). Do not tighten.

6. Align sprocket (A) with sprocket (B) using a straight

edge. The sprockets are aligned when the two faces
are within 0.04 in. (1 mm) of each other.
